GibenderAI ("we", "us") provides an AI phone receptionist service for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Business customers: business name, owner name, email address, mobile phone number, business hours and service details.
• Callers to our customers' phone lines: the caller's phone number, name, reason for calling, any message or appointment details they provide, and a recording or transcript of the conversation with the AI receptionist.

How we use it

• To answer calls, take messages and book appointments for our business customers.
• To send the business owner a notification (email and/or text message) when a caller leaves a message or books an appointment.
• To keep a call log for the business and to improve and troubleshoot the service.

Text messaging

Business owners who sign up give us their mobile number and agree to receive text notifications about calls to their business line. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (for example, phone, speech, email, cloud hosting and calendar or spreadsheet providers), only as needed to provide the service, and as required by law.

Retention and security

We keep call records only as long as needed to provide the service or as the business customer requests, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information, or reply STOP to text notifications, by contacting us below.
