These terms apply to your use of GibenderAI's AI phone receptionist service ("the Service"). By signing up you agree to them.

The Service

The Service answers calls to your business phone line with an AI receptionist, takes messages, can look up information and book appointments, and notifies you by email and/or text message. The AI receptionist can make mistakes, so please review messages and appointments. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for complying with laws that apply to call handling and recording.

Text message program

• Program: GibenderAI call notifications.
• What you get: a short text when a caller leaves a message or books an appointment, such as the caller's name, callback number and reason for calling.
• Who is texted: only the business owner who signed up and provided their mobile number.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with call volume.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get a confirmation and no further texts. You may still receive notifications by email.
• Help: reply HELP or contact us at the address below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fees

Fees for the Service are as agreed when you sign up. Third-party charges (such as phone carrier fees) are your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, harassing, deceptive or abusive purposes.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GibenderAI is not liable for missed or mishandled calls, lost business, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, and either party may end the Service at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
